Yes you most certainly can provide your custom gift message, which we write onto our postcards attached to your Hello Gift Hamper. These are printed onto our custom stunning arch shaped postcard. After you’ve added your hamper to your shopping cart, there’s a form at the cart page to collect recipient details and your message.

All our gifts are available for Australia-wide gift delivery, by using our Create Your Own hamper functionality. You must have a minumum of 5 products when creating your own hamper. We don't sell individual gifts. Hampers are our thing!

If you choose our same day Melbourne gift hamper delivery option at checkout, once your gift hamper is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. For Melbourne gift deliveries, you’ll receive live tracking updates on the day (kinda like Uber for gift hamper deliveries)!

If you choose our same day or future guaranteed date delivery option for Geelong gift hamper delivery, the tracking works a little differently. Our Geelong (and Surf Coast) gift hamper delivery drivers don’t provide live tracking updates; however, they are amazing and so reliable and careful. If you have any queries about your Geelong hamper delivery, you can simply give us a call if you have any concerns. We can then follow them up on your behalf.

Once your gift hamper is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Simply follow the links in that email to track your parcel or get in touch with us if you have any concerns. 

When choosing to send a gift hamper to Melbourne, Geelong or the Surf Coast, you most definitely can select our “Book a Future Date” option, and you can specify the exact delivery date. We offer same day and future date deliveries Monday-Friday and on special occasions (e.g., Mothers Day, Valentines Day) in those areas. With our Australia-wide gift hamper deliveries, we can only guarantee that delivery will be made within 3-5 business days of dispatch (standard) or 1-3 days (express). All orders are dispatched the same day!

First of all, take a look at your shipping confirmation email from us. You can find the tracking details there and even live track your parcel delivery for Melbourne gift hamper deliveries. For Geelong gift hamper deliveries, you are best to call us to follow up on your behalf. For Australia-wide deliveries, tracking will be via the confirmation email from us. But please call or email us anytime if you have any concerns.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver gift hampers to PO boxes. They simply wouldn't fit! We only deliver gift hampers to physical street addresses – either residential, commercial or other. Get in touch if you have any queries!

With our same day / guaranteed date courier service across Melbourne, Geelong and the Surf Coast, delivery to apartments can be a little tricky. These courier services can't take undelivered items to the post office so we exclusively use an ‘Authority to Leave’ service, meaning we leave the gift hamper by the front door or in another safe place (e.g, with reception) if we can’t hand deliver to the gift recipient. If there’s access to the actual apartment to leave by the front door then no worries! If there’s a reception/concierge, even better! Failing that, you may like to provide the gate access code in the delivery instructions on the cart page prior to checkout, and we can pass this onto the driver. Alternatively, get in touch with us if you’d like us to communicate with the gift recipient on your behalf to make sure they’ll be home to receive the gift (don’t worry, we’ll keep the surprise) or to arrange an after-hours delivery on occasion.  

We always provide our gift delivery drivers authority to leave the gift in a safe place if no-one is home (e.g., by the front door).

Given we’re a same day gift hamper delivery service, all our deliveries are made from 1pm (after our 12:30pm same day deadline). Most Melbourne, Geelong and Surf Coast gift deliveries are made between 1 and 5pm. We always deliver to schools before 3:30. Please get in touch if you have any concerns regarding the delivery time. With our Australia-wide gift hamper deliveries, unfortunatley we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Melbourne friends, we got you! We now offer click and collect from our Williamstown warehouse. Simply place your order online and select ‘Collect’ in the shipping/billing details section. We offer same day collection on orders placed by 12:30pm, Mon-Fri. Pick-up is available between 10am and 1pm on business days. Please email us to arrange a specific time if this doesn’t work.

On the very odd occasion, your gift is returned to us. If there’s an error in the delivery address or if there is no access to the recipient’s building and we can’t reach them to arrange delivery, there is likely a re-delivery fee which we’ll need to pass onto you. However, this is very unlikely. We avoid this at all costs by providing the driver with both the customer and recipient’s mobile number, as well as ours, to troubleshoot and ensure successful gift delivery.
